Information Collection and Use
Account Information: When you first launch the app, we present you with the option create a new account or create a guest account. You can create an account using your email, Facebook or Apple sign in. Once you choose which provider to use, the provider then links your account with RequestBox. We then assign you a user id but we do not require you to provide your name. In addition, you will be required to create a unique username. You may choose a handle that contains personally identifiable information such as your name. You will also have a profile that automatically includes a default avatar as well as your username. You can change the default profile image and add a bio. Your profile is associated with your username.
How We Use Information We Collect
In general, we use the information we collect from and about you to provide and operate the Services, respond to your requests, and to provide customer service and technical support. We may also use information:
- To determine if your eligible to request songs in a particular box
- To tailor the information that we may send or display to you and send you push notifications and alerts.
- To better understand how users access and use our Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, in order to improve our Services and respond to user desires and preferences, and for other research and analytical purposes.
You may update or correct information about yourself by editing your account settings within our Services.
Data Storage
Information that RequestBox collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which RequestBox operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy. In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the website will be published on the internet and may be available around the world.
You agree to such cross-border transfers of personal information.
Analytics Services Provided by Others
We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information.
